The Final War Arc — the twenty-second arc of My Hero Academia and the climactic fourth chapter of the Final Act Saga — is where everything converges. Years of battles, sacrifices, betrayals, and broken dreams finally crash together in one cataclysmic storm.

This is the moment where Heroes and Villains put everything on the line, not just for Japan, but for the very survival of a world hanging by a thread.

The Trap is Set

All For One believes he finally has Izuku Midoriya and One For All cornered. He’s wrong.

Through the bravery of Yuga Aoyama and the clever manipulation of Shinso’s Brainwashing, the Heroes weave a trap. Neito Monoma copies Kurogiri’s Warp Gate, splitting the battlefield with surgical precision. What was meant to be a slaughter becomes a tactical strike — divide and conquer.

The Villains are torn apart, scattered across battlefields.

  • All For One is dragged to Gunga to face Endeavor, Hawks, and their elite strike team.

  • Dabi is sent to Kamino — his fiery grudge destined for a reckoning with Shoto.

  • Shigaraki is chained to the skies above U.A. Fortress, where Deku should have awaited him — but fate pulls him elsewhere.

  • Toga finds herself on Okuto Island with Uravity, Froppy… and Deku.

The stage is set. The pieces move. The war begins.

Fire, Blood, and Broken Bonds

Every battlefield tells a story.

  • Dabi vs. Shoto: Brother against brother, fire against ice. Dabi, consumed by the flames of resentment, burns everything — even himself. Shoto rises, his Phosphor uniting fire and frost to finally silence the inferno.

  • Toga vs. Ochaco: Not just fists, but hearts clash. Toga, love twisted into violence, asks Deku to be her boyfriend as she spirals deeper into despair. Uravity reaches for her, not to kill, but to understand her pain. Their battle becomes one of tragedy, love, and sacrifice.

  • Shigaraki vs. the World: On the flying U.A. fortress, the Decay King mutates into something monstrous, fingers sprouting endlessly — the terrifying birth of Quirk Singularity. The Heroes fight tooth and nail to keep him restrained, knowing one misstep means annihilation.

 All For One Unleashed

At Gunga, All For One shows the world why he is feared as the Demon Lord. Every move, every taunt, every slash cuts not just flesh, but hope itself. Hawks’ wings falter, Endeavor loses an arm, Earphone Jack fights despite losing her ear.

And yet… the vestiges of every stolen Quirk begin to rebel against their tyrant. For the first time, cracks appear in the unbreakable armor of All For One.

But he does not falter. With the Rewind drug, he regrows, becoming younger, faster, deadlier. His rage pushes him to the brink of godhood.

Still, Heroes do not bow. Dynamight, torn apart and stitched back together, roars back to life. His determination cuts through fate itself, reminding All For One of the one face he has always feared: Kudo, the Second User.

Love and Farewell

Even amidst the chaos, tenderness remains.

Uravity bleeds as she tries to reach Toga’s heart. And in a moment of pure vulnerability, Himiko Toga — the girl who only wanted to love freely — finally accepts herself. In her last act, she transforms into Ochaco to save her life with a transfusion of her own blood, smiling through tears as she fades away.

The Collapse of Legends

Every battlefield bleeds into the other.
Gentle, La Brava, Lady Nagant, Stain — even villains turned allies rise to repay their debts to Deku and the Heroes.
Gigantomachia, once the loyal beast, turns against his master out of betrayal.
Civilians and students watch, record, and hope, their voices lifting the Heroes back onto their feet.

All For One spirals out of control. Rewind tears him into nothing, his cries of rage reduced to that of an infant, then a fetus, until he finally ceases to exist.

But the war is not won.
Shigaraki Tomura — broken, defiant, and human — remains.
And Deku, trembling yet unyielding, faces him one last time beneath the shadow of Mount Fuji.

This is not just a fight.
It’s the end of everything.

Characters Introduced

  • Kunieda – A presence both haunting and memorable, adding layers of menace to the already fractured society.

  • Maina Furasu – A name that slips into the chaos, yet carries the weight of human fragility in a collapsing world.

  • Gashly Eijiju – Another shadow etched into this war of ideals, standing as a reminder of how distorted power can sculpt people.

  • Meryl – A quieter addition, but one that still expands the tapestry of voices in this final struggle.

Quirks Introduced

  • Unnamed Lie Detector Quirk – A stolen ability, ripped from the bloodline of Tsukauchi’s ancestor. It can sense malicious intent, turning honesty into a weapon.

  • Unnamed Electric Arrow Quirk – Yuyu Haya’s gift, firing electricity shaped like arrows, proof that even lightning itself can be bent into precision.

  • Hardflame Fan – One of All For One’s collected terrors, conjuring blazing walls of fire that defend as much as they intimidate.

  • Gearshift – Kudo’s legendary Quirk, defying the laws of inertia by altering speed and acceleration itself. A fragment of divine physics in human hands.

  • Body Bulk – Granted to Spinner, it warps his form into monstrous size, making his ideology loom as heavy as his body.

  • Scalemail – Another gift to Spinner, coating him in jagged scales that harden both flesh and will, building a fortress out of despair.

  • Dark Ball – A manifestation of void, spheres of black energy unleashed from All For One, like nightfall hurled into battle.

  • Impure Beam – A devastating, radiant strike of light that destroys not only its targets but threatens its wielder, tearing even All For One’s body apart in recoil.

  • Bloodlet – A grotesque ability allowing All For One to expel his own blood at will—weaponizing the very essence of life.

  • Antigen Swap – Another cruel trick in All For One’s arsenal, altering his blood type to escape detection or bend biology itself.

The Final War Arc is the ultimate crescendo of My Hero Academia—where every bond, every sacrifice, and every ounce of strength is tested in humanity’s last stand. It’s not just a war of Quirks, but a clash of ideals: hope against despair, unity against tyranny. As Deku, Shigaraki, and All For One collide, the fate of heroes and villains alike is rewritten in fire and resolve. This arc isn’t simply about endings—it’s about the legacy each character leaves behind, and the question of what it truly means to be a hero in a broken world.
