VAMPIRELLA, fresh from the pages of Dynamite's thrilling monthly comic, is brought to you by the fantastic mind of Stanley Lau and the impressive artistry of Prime 1 Studio! Based on the famous Artgerm cover of Vampirella No. 6, Prime 1 Studio's 22-inch tall Vampirella statue continues the theme of Vampi unwinding by herself on a finely appointed chaise lounge base, adorned with familiar accessories from her world.
Prime 1 Studio's talented artists took the core of Artgerm's cover and expanded on it to create a full-bodied Vampirella, complete with furniture and surroundings. It's clear that Stanley's art inspired Studio's sculptors, as did the intricate delicateness of each of her hair strands. It is breathtaking in its layered complexity.
Her skin is translucent and textured, with small, sublime pores. As a supernatural being, she always appears to be glowing, and Prime 1 Studio captures this perfectly. They've also managed to capture Vampirella's intense, hypnotic stare. Her expression, a combination of invitation and subtle warning, encapsulates how dangerously desirable she is. While Vampirella fights for the good, she still requires blood to survive, and Prime 1 Studio's painters have captured that perfectly. They've also made her costume look as natural as possible. Each precise stitch, wrinkle, and subtle leather texture is faithfully reproduced.
Vampirella's relaxed demeanour is well supported by the chaise she is lounging on. Quilted leather, fine wooden carvings, and a large textured throw blanket are among the features. A goblet of spilled blood adorns the blanket, while a small, growing colony of bats perfectly balances her out. Some venomous snakes slither between a dozen or so human skulls, encircling Vampirella's fine leather boots. In addition, when you order from us, you will receive a bonus displayable Vampirella logo.
