The Resident Evil series, which is well-known for its survival horror genre, has shipped over 131 million units globally. Leon S. Kennedy, the lead character in the CG animated film Resident Evil: Vendetta, has now returned to the Kotobukiya lineup as a PVC statue.
Leon, who is a member of the Division of Security Operations (DSO), a group of agents under the jurisdiction of the United States federal government. The statue depicts Leon in the Center Axis Relock stance, a close combat shooting technique used by law enforcement agents, Hollywood and video game characters.
The 11.4" ARTFX statue also showcases the details of Leon's signature Sentinel Nine, a custom handgun designed for anti-bioterrorism, with a dedicated flash suppressor and high-capacity magazine.
The diorama base of the statue is reminiscent of a climactic battle with a horde of zombies inside a building in the latter half of the film, featuring details such as an empty magazine and scattered shell casings. This figure of Leon S. Kennedy is a must-have for fans as he is a beloved agent who is rarely brought to life.
