It all comes down to this—the last stand between the Symbol of Peace and the King of Darkness. Toshinori Yagi, once known to the world as All Might, steps onto the battlefield one final time to face his eternal nemesis: All For One.

This wasn’t a fight born of chance, but of destiny. Even in his Quirkless state, Toshinori prepared for this day. Before Japan’s borders closed, he reached across oceans for help—calling upon Melissa Shield, daughter of his old ally David Shield. Together, they brought to life a weapon of hope: a custom-built armored suit designed solely for him. It was more than machinery; it was a promise that even without One For All, Toshinori would not sit idly by while darkness consumed the world.

At first, he stayed in the control room, directing the battlefield like a seasoned general. But the tide of war shifted when Endeavor forced All For One to unveil his most desperate gambit—the Rewind Drug. The villain’s body regressed, rewound into his terrifying prime, though at a cost: with every passing moment, he would de-age further, inching toward nothingness. Still, he pressed forward, determined to reach Tomura Shigaraki and complete their unholy union.

The heroes tried to stop him. They bled, they broke, and Hawks himself lost his Quirk in the attempt. But nothing held him back.

And so, Toshinori rose. When asked by Naomasa Tsukauchi where he was going, he didn’t give a speech or a strategy. His words were simple, almost quiet: “I’m going to support the others.” In truth, it was more than support. It was resolve. It was farewell.

Meanwhile, chaos spiraled elsewhere—Dabi, warped to Gunga, prepared to unleash a suicidal inferno that could erase everything within five kilometers. With so many lives at stake, All Might entrusted that burden to Shoto Todoroki and Ingenium. He told them to believe in themselves, to let go of doubt, because only they could stand against that coming blaze. Watching from the skies, Stain silently bore witness to the torch being passed to a new generation.

But All For One could not be ignored. And Toshinori knew it.

He intercepted the villain in Ido City, driving straight into fate with his loyal car, Hercules. Naomasa begged him to turn back—reminding him he had no Quirk, no weapon strong enough to stop such a monster. But Toshinori’s heart had already chosen. This fight was his and his alone.

He thought back to the prophecy of Sir Nighteye, who once foresaw his death at the hands of a villain. He thought back to the boy who reignited his will, Izuku Midoriya—the Quirkless child who reached for the impossible. And with those memories burning in his chest, Toshinori smiled, unshaken, ready to defy fate itself.

The briefcase he carried unfolded, wrapping him in steel and defiance. The world watched through La Brava’s broadcast as the former Symbol of Peace became something new—Armored All Might.

And as his towering enemy closed in, Toshinori roared the words that once inspired nations, echoing across every heart that still believed in heroes:

“I AM HERE!”

The Battle of Armored All Might vs. All For One

a close up of a man 's face with writing on it and a smile

The clash between Toshinori Yagi and All For One was never just fists and Quirks—it was the collision of two unyielding wills.

The Smile That Defies Darkness

When the fight began, All For One’s rage boiled over. There it was again—that damn smile. The same smile that had once lit up the entire world now mocked him from behind cold steel armor. To the villain, All Might wasn’t just an enemy; he was a lifelong obsession, a toy he’d broken countless times but could never discard. And yet here stood the man, Quirkless and battered, daring to grin in his face.

Enraged, All For One hurled a devastating Impure Beam, splitting the battlefield open. Toshinori braced himself and barked the order: “Red Riot Module—activate!” His armor absorbed the inferno, though Hercules warned that the shields were two-thirds gone. Toshinori only pressed forward. Wounds and warnings were nothing compared to the truth blazing in his chest—this was his fight.

Fighting With Borrowed Strength

All Might struck back, not with the might of One For All, but with borrowed echoes of his students. Blackwhip lashed out like living lightning. Chargebolt surged through the cables, frying All For One’s body and stalling his regeneration. Cellophane reeled the villain closer, Sugarman enhanced his limbs, and with a devastating Shoot Style Smash, Toshinori roared his defiance.

This wasn’t a man clinging to scraps of power. It was a teacher standing tall, telling his foe and the world: everything I’ve ever been given, I will wield against you.

All For One answered with fury, chaining Quirks into a cataclysm that would have annihilated cities. Yet even as Toshinori was blasted through buildings, his cape flared—Tsukuyomi’s safeguard sparing his life. Bruised, fractured, and breathless, he rose again.

And from above, All For One sneered. “That armor is nothing but a trash bag holding a broken man together.”

Echoes of the Past

Mockery bounced off Toshinori like rain. He remembered Mei Hatsume’s gloves for Izuku, remembered warning his student not to lean too heavily on tools. He remembered Nana Shimura’s words about standing tall, no matter how mortal you’ve become. He smirked, countering the villain’s cruelty with wit. Then he landed a punch squarely on All For One’s face.

It didn’t stagger the monster, but it carried weight far beyond strength: the will to keep smiling when hope seemed gone.

Blood, Acid, and Memory

The clash grew crueler. All For One tore into All Might’s old injury, reopening wounds that had never fully healed. Toshinori’s armor screamed under the strain. But then—Hercules deployed another weapon: Superacid Injection: Pinky. With a swift strike, Toshinori drove it home, corroding the villain from within.

All For One reeled, hurling him across the city to Tatooin Station—the very rooftop where Izuku once threw himself into danger to save a friend. Bleeding, gasping, Toshinori laughed. Not because it was funny, but because he knew—his flame had passed on long ago. He was fighting with their light now.

Thrusters of Hope

Even broken, he rose again. The Uravity and Ingenium thrusters roared to life, launching him forward with renewed speed. His laugh returned, maddening All For One further. Hercules kept warning him—fractured ribs, failing breath—but Toshinori answered only with conviction: “It is a joy to serve others.”

Modules kept deploying—Tentacole, Froppy pads, Tailman. With his students’ Quirks stitched into his fight, he set traps and counterattacks, refusing to yield. Every motion, every strike carried memory. Star and Stripe’s sacrifice. Izuku’s reckless courage. Nana’s unbreakable faith.

He was a man standing not for himself, but as the living sum of every bond he had ever forged.

The Hero Killer Enters

Then, from the shadows, came another figure. Stain. Blood on his blade, fire in his eyes. His Quirk froze All For One in place, if only for a moment. And in that moment, he reminded Toshinori of what he once told him: “A true hero exists only to serve others.”

Two men—once enemies—stood shoulder to shoulder, bound not by ideology but by truth.

The Death of Stain

But All For One was not finished. With grotesque cruelty, he drained his own blood, rewrote his biology, and nullified Stain’s Quirk. Then, in a display of dominance, he stole Bloodcurdle, tearing the Hero Killer’s life away.

Stain’s final words rang in Toshinori’s ears: “You taught me what it meant to be a hero. So live. And win.”

And just like that, the Hero Killer’s story ended—not as a monster, but as a man who believed.

Breaking the Symbol

All Might was hurled, bloodied and barely standing. Visions of Nana and Sir Nighteye urged him to rise. He still had breath. He still had purpose.

But All For One struck with merciless precision, impaling him and paralyzing his body with stolen Bloodcurdle. He mocked Toshinori as the “Symbol of Impotence.” Across the world, millions watched as their hero seemed finally broken.

And then—

A Spark in the Dark

Just as the villain prepared to finish him, a streak of light tore through the skies. Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight. Katsuki Bakugo roared back into the fight, eyes blazing, carrying all his guilt, his fire, and his will to stand between his mentor and death.

From below, Izuku reached out, Gearshift flaring to life. Together, they moved in sync. A silent vow. A defiance of fate.

And at the last possible heartbeat, Bakugo’s explosions ripped through All For One’s arms, tearing him away from Toshinori. The prophecy of Nighteye trembled, fractured, as hope reasserted itself.

All Might, stunned and bloodied, looked up at the boy who had once been a reckless student and now stood as a hero.

Bakugo, standing firm, declared with fire in his throat:

“It’s time for us to win.”

Aftermath

As All Might is pulled from the jaws of certain death, the world seems to blur into silence around him. His broken body rests in the embrace of survival, but his mind drifts elsewhere—into a vision. There, waiting in the soft glow of memory, stands Sir Nighteye.

Nighteye’s voice is calm, but carries that familiar firmness: this is where the dream ends—but not the life. Fate, he reminds him, is not set in stone; it has been rewritten. All Might, weary and almost amused, mutters that every story says the old master must die once the torch is passed on. Nighteye chuckles, his laughter tinged with warmth. “Toshinori, you’ve just read too many comic books,” he says. “You’re a hero, yes—but you’re also human. You don’t need to go down so easily.”

Dynamight’s Landing

Nearby, Dynamight crashes onto a rooftop, his landing rough, his body trembling with the cost of survival. All Might, concern in his voice, asks if he’s alright. Dynamight spits back, “That’s my line,” before coughing up a pool of blood.

From within his battered frame, Edgeshot unfurls, his threadlike body slithering free in its Zenith state. He echoes Dynamight’s words, explaining in his steady way how he forced the blood out and stitched Dynamight’s wounds shut with his very being. The internal knots, he reassures, will hold—but every breath will feel like fire until real care arrives.

Dynamight bows his head in gratitude, but Edgeshot shakes it off. “I only held you together,” he says, “The true comeback was yours—sparked by a single bead of sweat inside your bloodstream, born right before your heart stopped.”

A Hero’s Gift

All Might’s eyes drift to Dynamight’s limp right arm, hanging useless after his harrowing ordeal. The young hero squints toward the battlefield, asking about the glowing figure ahead. All Might answers softly—it’s All For One—and then, with quiet resolve, he asks Dynamight to extend his arm.

From within his battered suit, Toshinori retrieves the last fragment of the Armored All Might: a piece that no longer functions as a weapon, but still holds purpose. He fastens it to Dynamight’s arm, turning it into a brace. “It’s not much,” All Might admits, voice low with regret. “I wish I could give more.”

But Dynamight only smirks, his trademark fire refusing to die. With that, he bolts forward once again, ready to face the monster ahead—not as a broken child, but as a hero standing beside the legacy of the Symbol of Peace.
